Built by the people who advised AWS's biggest partners

Infinitra was founded by two AWS leaders who saw the same gap from inside Amazon. Companies with real AI use cases couldn't get them shipped, and the partners who should have helped were either too big to care or too small to deliver.

Saida Chanda

Saida Chanda

Co-founder, Product and Strategy. 11+ years at AWS.

From inside Amazon, Saida advised the growth of three of the largest U.S. AWS partners: Mission Cloud, nClouds, and 2nd Watch. He helped build the India AWS partner ecosystem. He knows what makes an AWS partnership work because he was on the side of the table that decided.

Yogananda Karra (“Yoga”)

Yogananda Karra

Co-founder, Architecture and Delivery. 25+ years of architecture and engineering leadership.

Led the customer-facing Solutions Architects team at AWS, where Yoga sat across from enterprise customers solving the hardest engineering problems on AWS, every day, for years. He knows what production AI looks like because he reviewed thousands of architectures that needed to actually work.

Why this combination is rare

  • Partner-builder and customer-architect, in one founding team. Most consultancies have one. We have both, at depth, from inside Amazon.
  • AWS-grade rigor as the default operating standard. Not a feature. Not a phase. The way every engagement runs.
  • We think like AWS, which changes how we scope, architect, and decide what to say no to.

For our customers, this shows up as cleaner scoping, faster AWS field validation, and architectures designed the way AWS itself would design them.
