The challenge

Unify 13 disparate data sources, surface marketing attribution and guest LTV, and enable AI-powered analytics across a multi-revenue-line wellness retreat business.

What we built

A 5-phase data and AI platform: (1) Centralized all 13 data sources into a customer-owned AWS warehouse; (2) Live operational dashboards in week 4; (3) ROAS and CAC visibility by channel/campaign/program; (4) Guest LTV across all revenue streams; (5) An AI analyst on Bedrock layered over trusted, validated data with forecasting (occupancy, revenue, cancellation risk).

Why this matters

By week four the operator had live operational dashboards over a customer-owned warehouse, then channel-level ROAS and CAC, guest LTV across every revenue stream, and finally a Bedrock AI analyst forecasting occupancy, revenue, and cancellation risk on data they fully control and trust.
